About Catering Science and Hotel Management with Carving

Have you ever dreamt of travelling, settling abroad or having job security and staying in Cruise ships or doing your training overseas during your studies? Then take up the degree course in Catering science and Hotel Management which is job oriented at Nehru Arts and Science College

Catering Science involves the study of food preparation, presentation, and service techniques for large-scale events and catering operations.

Hotel Management covers the management of hotel operations, including front office management, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and event planning.

Carving is the artistic skill of creating decorative designs on food items, particularly with fruits, vegetables, and ice, enhancing the visual appeal of dishes and events.

Duration:
3 years - Full time

Eligibility:
A Pass in Higher Secondary Examination.
